CRC order has arrived!!

My long awaited cycling gear has finally made it's way from Pomy land to the sofa of my living room! ;D
I know you guys are licking your lips in anticipation of what items rest within the box ; so I won't torture you guys any longer! ;p

Here are the contents in my box of goodies:

1 x Polar CS200cad (Cycling computer)
1 x Carbon fiber Token bottle cage
1 x fi'zik bar tape (Yellow)
2 x Michelin Pro3 Race tyres (Yellow)
10 x Michelin "AirStop" butyl tubes

It may seem like a lot but I assure you they're all items of necessity ;)

The cycling computer is AWESOME!! It is similar to my previous computer but this one gives me cadence information (RPM)! I should be able to kick the training up a notch with this baby!

The aluminum bottle cage I was using just looked out of place amongst all that carbon fiber! So to save it from further humiliation I had to relinquish it from the team....It was the only humane thing to do :) hence the carbon fiber bottle cage ;)

The yellow bar tape and tyres aren't to make the bike look cool! Why would you even think such a thing?! I HAD to get them to increase my visibility on the road! Remember: Safety first kids! :)

scammed!

Since I was stuck with my green coloured jersey, I thought I'd break it in and take it on a ride.
I was actually surprised at how comfortable it was (initially)! However as time would tell, my experience with this jersey just went downhill from there.

5 minutes into the ride my inner thighs were in a great deal of discomfort due to chafing from the retarded-ly designed shorts. When I ran my hand down the front of the jersey (to boast about how awesome the jersey looked) the velcro on my gloves virtually ripped my jersey in half! NOT HAPPY JAN :@

There's a lesson here for all to learn...
It's better to pay RRP at a reputable cyclery than to go Asian and buy from a HongKong seller on fleeBay! ;p

26 years late, but better late than never right?!
For those who don't know, they're a group of 3 parapsychologists who lose their day jobs and start up a ghost extermination company! Though it doesn't sound like much, the dynamics of the group makes it quite humorous and entertaining to watch.

Definitely a must see!

Livestrong 2010 cycling jersey

Sup peeps!
Thought it was about time to pull my thumbs out and post my first entry! ;p

A couple of days ago, my parcel had arrived which contained a cycling jersey I purchased from HK.
To cut a long story short, THEY SENT ME THE WRONG COLOUR!
I wasn't even aware there were colours to chose from! There was no mention of it on their listing, nor was there any pictures to suggest there were a range of colours to choose from!

All I wanted was a simple, predominantly black jersey...that's not too much to ask for is it?!?
Instead, they sent me a green/blueish coloured kit?? Like wtf?! (that's what the freak to all you kiddies out there) Anyone else may interpret the acronym however they wish ;)

After expressing my dissatisfaction through an exchange of emails with the seller, we came to the agreement that I will buy another set for 1/2 price (free postage)
So I will soon be the owner of two sets of livestrong 2010 jerseys? :s
